Microsoft Outlook 2013
There are three different versions of Microsoft Outlook. From big to little the programs are:
Outlook Enterprise
Outlook (Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 or 2013)
Outlook Web Access (Webmail)

The desktop version of Outlook comes with Microsoft Office when the Office software is installed on your computer. The desktop program is as rich in features and options as Microsoft Office Word or Excel.

Microsoft Outlook 2013 has many Ribbons with tools for each job: E-mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Journal and Notes. Outlook 2013 is also a universal Inbox that connects to other Social Networks, such as FaceBook and Linkedin.

The Outlook data is stored locally, on your own computer, in a personal storage file (PST) that you should back up often.

We offer many certification training courses that show how to get the most productivity from Microsoft Outlook 2013.
